The video above by Jesse Rosten hit viral status a few weeks ago and is now at almost 285,000 views and now on Apple’s iPad website. The video now featured on the iPad site demonstrates several fun ways to make your iPad more useful with Velcro.
Examples range from velcroing the iPad to a kitchen stove in order to watch videos on how to make certain foods to velcroing the device to your wall as a digital photo frame. It is very interesting that Apple decided to post this indie viral video, and is something we remember being done in the past with an iPod touch ad.
iPad owner Jesse Rosten created this clever video to demonstrate “two of mankind’s greatest inventions, together at last.” Notes Rosten: “This is an exploration of what is possible, not necessarily what is practical. Tweet from the street at your own risk!*”
Blendtec has gotten their hands on the new iPhone 4, and of course we already know the main reason why they got it and what they will do with this awesome iDevice.
Will it blend? That is the question… These guys (IDIOTS) stick anything and everything into the commercial type blender they have and then turn it on and watch it turn into dust.
Would you “Blend” your iPhone 4 after pre ordering and waiting for it or waiting in line for 10-17 hours??? Will it Blend??? Just watch and cry (I know I did).
A lot of users that are on tmobile and using an upgraded ios 4.0 iphone have been stuck trying to get mms working on their iphones again. Thanks to a fellow user named Locomambo and fernandorinto over at mmi, we now have a fix. It requires ssh and copying over an edited plist file made by me so you don’t have to do all of the extra work.
Reception issues observed by new iPhone 4 owners, derided as the “Death Grip” by bloggers, appears to actually be a software issue that an iOS update is expected to resolve early next week.
As always, I can not stress this fact enough but If you have your SHSH blobs on file, you can downgrade anytime to iOS 4 from iOS 4.01 should you need to.
TinyUmbrella has been updated to support iPhone 4 (running iOS 4). It is important to save SHSH Blobs (ECID SHSH) files of your iPhone 4 now because of all the rumors going around regarding a new firmware update, which could be released as early as next week.

The all-in-one untethered iDevice “SPIRIT” Jailbreak Tool for iPhone 3.1.3, iPad 3.2 and iPod touch 2G/3G has just been updated to bring support for iTunes 9.2. This update is available for Windows OS. NOTE: You can download the updated Spirit Jailbreak here.
Earlier when Apple released the final version of iTunes 9.2, it broke the compatibility with Spirit and so this new version brings the required fix to make it compatible with iTunes 9.2. However no new feature has been added. It still does not work with iOS 4 and iPhone 4. Only iOS 3.1.3 and 3.1.2 for iPhone 3GS, 3G, 2G, iPod touch, and iOS 3.2 for iPad is supported. Read more…
