Apple TV has been Jailbroken using SHAtter Exploit Jailbreak

MuscleNerd has announced that the new Apple TV has been jailbroken using SHAtter Jailbreak / Exploit. We all knew this was going to happen sooner or later and sure enough our favorite iPhone Dev “MuscleNerd” has done it again.

Here is his tweet;

We’ll let you know as soon as a jailbreak tool is released and post a tutorial here on iPhone Techie!

For those wanting to get something out of this jailbreak you might want to go get an early release AppleTv 2 and not wait. Although nothing is different with a jailbroken AppleTv since there aren’t apps out for it yet I can’t wait to see where this leads.
