Apple Posts iOS 4.2 GM Seed for Developers for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch (DOWNLOAD)

Apple has posted the new iOS 4.2 GM (Gold Master) Seed firmware, which can be downloaded form the iOS Dev Center.
Only members enrolled in the iPhone Developer Standard or Enterprise Program can access these bits by signing into iOS Dev Center (aka Apple Developer Connection).
The Firmware build is 8C134 and finally unifies the iOS of the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. iOS 4.2 also brings multitasking and other 4.0 features to the iPad. Hopefully, iOS 4.2 will be released soon and include a fix for the daylight savings bug.
iOS 4.2 also offers new features such as AirPrint and AirPlay. People at MacStories has already installed the new firmware and confirmed that AirPlay is indeed working for the official YouTube app. They also note nice system-wide AirPlay controls in the multitasking tray and redesigned button and volume / brightness controls.
AirPrint automatically finds printers on local networks and can print text, photos and graphics to them wirelessly over Wi-Fi without the need to install drivers or download software. HP’s existing and upcoming ePrint enabled printers will be the first to support printing direct from iOS devices.
AirPlay lets you stream media from your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. So if you feel like watching a movie you have on one of your devices, you don’t need to rent or buy it again.
Just tap to start playing content on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, then tap again to instantly stream whatever you’re watching — or listening to — directly to Apple TV.
Just as FYI; First Beta of iOS 4.2 was released back on September 15th, and Beta 2 was released on September 29th. The final Beta 3 was released last month on October 13th.
We will be back soon with change log for the final GM version (if any) of iOS 4.2. Stay tuned !!
Download iOS 4.2 GM for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and SDK. I have provided multiple hosting links for the iOS 4.2 GM and iTunes 10.1 Beta 2 so go ahead and give it a try.

Hey, I need to know how I install the 4.2 update. I’ve tried the restore button, but does not work that way, could you tell me. Thanks…
