Saurik Added New “Manage Account” Feature To Cydia, Now You Can See Every App That You Ever Purchased on Cydia and Much More

Jay Freeman (a.k.a. Saurik) has updated Cydia with a new ‘Manage Account’ feature that lets you easily view and install packages already purchased.

This is a great addition to Cydia because now, if you restore your firmware (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch), or purchase a new device – iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, you can easily install all your Cydia Jailbreak apps and tweaks without having to manually look for them again in Cydia repositories.

You can find the new feature right on the Cydia homescreen. Only packages purchased using Cydia’s payment system will be displayed. If an application uses its own payment system it won’t be visible on the list.

All your purchases are tied directly to your Facebook or Google account. This is not all of it though, Next Update will bring commenting, ratings and backup of installed Cydia repositories just like the Apple AppStore.

Once again, Jailbreaking iPhone, iPad and iPod touch is now going to be a whole a lot more fun! I think Cydia should be updated with new features on regular basis so people / new users will have more things to look forward to when it comes to Jailbreaking.
