Apple Releases iOS 5.0.1 for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch – Jailbreakers STAY AWAY

Apple has released iOS 5.0.1 for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch (build number (9A405). iOS 5.0.1 is available for the iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 3G, iPod Touch 4G, iPad, and iPad 2.
Jailbreakers should stay away from this release, if you want your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch to be jailbroken with the Untethered option then stay away from this update and do not update your iDevice to this version of iOS
According to the release notes, iOS 5.0.1 includes the following bug fixes and improvements:
This update contains improvements and other bug fixes including:
• Fixes bugs affecting battery life
• Adds Multitasking Gestures for original iPad
• Resolves bugs with Documents in the Cloud
• Improves voice recognition for Australian users using dictation

It also fixes the ipad 2 smart cover security flaw which was discovered in iOS 5. As mentioned previously, iOS 5.0.1 has supposedly fixed the battery life issues as well.
