Safari 5 loads new webpages faster using Domain Name System (DNS) prefetching, and improves the caching of previously viewed pages to return to them more quickly.

Safari 5 adds more than a dozen powerful HTML5 features that allow web developers to create media-rich experiences, including full screen playback and closed captions for HTML5 video. Twitter, Inc. has launched the official Twitter app for iPhone this week and now it’s available for downloads free of charge via AppStore.

For those of you who don’t know, the famous iPhone app named “Tweetie” was recently acquired by Twitter Inc. and now after a long wait, they have finally released it as “Twitter” App for iPhone.

The app is labeled as version 3.0 and can be downloaded for free from the iTunes App Store. Tweetie 2 was available for US $2.99 before Twitter Inc. purchased it.

Many people are pissed off and definitely not happy with this change or and upgrade…

The icon was changed from original tweetie icon to the Twitter’s fat cartoon bird outline. People are now getting ads in the new twitter app and old tweetie app didn’t have any adds because it was a paid version.

The old style retweet button is now gone. There is only way to retweet now, the same as the Twitter web interface.

So you have Jailbroken your iPad and now trying to figure out how to install Apps and Games on your iPhone without using App Store or Cydia… This article will show you how to install cracked IPA files for the first and currently the latest iPad Firmware 3.2

As we all know many iPhone games and applications have been cracked in the past and people are still cracking them as you read this article. Basically, you can get 2 types of files. The “normal” .app file, and the cracked ipa file. The normal .app file is obtained through iTunes / App store so there is nothing to talk about.

Now here is the other method, the most popular one, to install cracked .ipa files such as games and applications on your iPhone or iPod Touch. The Cracked Applications and Games are IPA files… You can download them from many places on the web (Just google iPhone IPA files), I will not list links to any IPA files in this article so please don’t ask for them as we do not host IPA files on our servers.

You can go to http://apptrackr.org (Biggest IPA Database) and obtain IPA files from there.

As a reminder, downloading and installing IPA files is pirating! I do not encourage anyone to download, hack or crack iPhone games or applications. Developers spend a lot of time, money, effort, sacrificing family time, etc. working on games/apps and they don’t want to see their work stolen or pirated.

I use IPA files for learning purposes, evaluations and testing… If I like an App or a Game I buy it… I suggest if you have downloaded an IPA file of an iPhone game or application that you like, download it legally through the App Store after you test it and decide that you really like it and would like to keep it on your iPhone.

NOTE: You must have a Jailbroken iPad in order to use this feature…

Here we go… First thing you need to do is make sure you have a Jailbroken device… (iPad)

UPDATE / NOTE

Hackulo.us has been up and down and some users said the source is unavailable well, here is an alternative method to get the AppSync installed on your iPad… Follow same instructions but add SinfuliPhoneRepo as well.

1. Open Cyida
2. Add the sinfuliphone.com (http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com)
3. While in Cydia, tap on Search and search for Appsync
4. Install “Appsync for OS 3.2″
5. RESTART and Enjoy! Now you can just drag and drop files to your iTunes and Sync your iPad

1. Open Cyida (NOTE: If you have just jailbroken your device, make sure you RESTART it before trying to install AppSync)

1. Click on the Manage Tab at the bottom and then Sources Button

The all-in-one untethered iDevice jailbreak for iPhone 3.1.3, iPad 3.2 and iPod touch 2G/3G is finally here. Available for both Windows and Mac OS. Spirit is a userland jailbreak but it does not work out-of-the browser as previously thought.

It is in fact a simple one click app, like Blackra1n which can jailbreak (not unlock) any Apple iDevice on iPhone 3.1.2 or 3.1.3.

It is also important to note here that Spirit wont unlock your phone. It is a jailbreaking tool only that will only work on devices which are activated via iTunes. So if you rely on an unlock, DO NOT upgrade to stock firmware or you’ll be stuck. Unlock for iPhone 3.1.3 on 05.12.01 baseband wont be out before the next iPhone hit the shelves. And that wont be before June/July of this year.

Make sure that you have your SHSH files saved. You can jailbreak without saving SHSH files but you wont be safe once Apple patches the exploit used by Spirit. Follow the instructions posted here to save your SHSH blobs.

A new app has been released for iPhone and iPod touch which lets you record all the action happening on your iPhone screen so that you can share it with your friends and colleagues. ScreenRecorder – this app can be very useful in situations where you want to record a tutorial, demo or demonstration for sharing it on your blog, family and friends.

This application let’s you take video captures of your screen. This is extremely useful for quick tutorials or demonstrations, or when you want to show proof of a new hack you have accomplished. There are obviously many other uses for this. For example, you could use this like a “Notes” application but with video instead of words!

This small app uses lots of resources during screen recording, don’t be too surprised if it crashes a lot, specially on iPod touch 2G and iPhone 3G both of which have less RAM when compared to iPhone 3GS.

I personally didn’t like it, but in case you want to try this app before you buy it and get disappointed you can try the Cracked Version of it for free. You can download it form the “SiNfuL iPhone” Repository in Cydia.

Tips:
• High FPS is only achievable under good lighting conditions – this is a limitation of 2G & 3G iPhones.
• If your iPhone has been running for a long time, and FPS seems low, it might need a restart; they do suffer from slow-downs over time.
• To export a video to the Camera Roll, tap the bottom right button to view your videos. Then select the video, press “Export” and wait till you see success.
• if new video does not show up in iPhoto, unplug your iPhone and plug it back.
