As we all know, the Jailbreaking and Unlocking of iDevices is now 100% legal in USA but Apple is hating the whole Legality of the Jailbreak idea and always have been…

Apple appears to be trying to patent a new security feature for iDevices such as iPhones and iPads. The patent focuses on stolen devices and the tracking of them.
