Long needed iOS 3.2.1 update for iPad (WiFi and 3G) has just been released by Apple to fix and improve the WiFi connectivity issue.

Earlier when Apple released the final version of iTunes 9.2, it broke the compatibility with Spirit and so this new version brings the required fix to make it compatible with iTunes 9.2. Apple has closed the exploit used for the Spirit jailbreak in the new iOS 4.0 so the all-in-one untethered iDevice jailbreak for iPhone 3.1.3, iPad 3.2 and iPod touch 2G/3G will not work with the newest Apple Firmware / iOS 4.0.
Spirit is still Available for both Windows and Mac OS if your iPhone is 3.1.3 or lower, iPad is 3.2, or iPod Touch is 3.1.3 or lower.
Spirit is a userland jailbreak but it does not work out-of-the browser as previously thought.
