Apple has released iPhone OS 3.1 which includes a number of new features; however, its important to remember NOT to update your firmware. I don’t know if this missing link will last long. I have downloaded and tested the GPush and was not impressed with it at all. It was pretty easy to setup, all you have to do is just enter your Gmail username and password and that’s all there is to it, additional controls such as sounds and alert permissions can be set/controlled from the iPhone’s settings menu.
